Frequently asked questions

Can't see your question? Call us on 0401 229 850.

What size solar system do I need?

It depends on your usage, roof space and whether you're adding a battery. We look at your electricity bills and how you use power across the day, then recommend a system size that pays back sensibly.

Is a battery worth it?

A battery stores excess daytime solar for use in the evening, when grid power costs the most, and can keep essential circuits running during an outage. We'll show you the expected savings for your household before you decide.

Are there rebates or government incentives?

Most systems qualify for small-scale technology certificates (STCs), which reduce the upfront cost, and other state or federal programs may apply. Eligibility changes from time to time, so we confirm what applies to you when we quote.

How long does an installation take?

A typical home solar system is installed in a single day. Batteries and larger commercial systems can take longer. We handle grid connection paperwork with your distributor.
